Parana Roasted 300 g is a roasted Yerba Mate from a small family farm near Curitiba, Brazil. The roasting process creates a unique taste with notes of nuts, almonds, dark chocolate, cocoa and even coffee. Vacuum packaging ensures long-lasting freshness and aroma preservation.

This yerba can be prepared traditionally with hot or cold water, or with warm milk for a smoother, creamier drink known as “mate de leche.”

How do you drink Aguantadore Tradicional?

Prepare Aguantadore Tradicional the traditional way: fill your gourd three quarters full with this stemmed blend, cover it and shake a few times to distribute the powder evenly. Then pour warm water (75-85°C) down one side and place your bombilla. The stems form a natural filter that supports traditional preparation. Refill with hot water several times to experience how the longer ageing has developed complex flavours that suit long mate sessions perfectly.

Aguantadora Despalada is a yerba mate from Argentina specially blended from almost exclusively leaves, with a minimal proportion of twigs (palo). This creates a powerful, pure and long-lasting flavor that is ideal for lovers of a strong mate.

Because the blend consists almost exclusively of leaves, this yerba contains a higher caffeine content than a classic blend. This makes Aguantadora Despalada particularly suitable if you are looking for extra energy and focus during the day.
